Chief Operating Officer
Rob Gray is the Chief Operating Officer, joining the organization in 2010 and has over 20 years of management experience in financial and professional service firms. His primary responsibilities include managing the firm’s operational infrastructure, team and systems. Rob is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors, Office of the President, and Operating Committee.
Prior to joining BMO Family Office, Rob was Practice Management Director at a business and litigation law firm, where he was responsible for business strategy, planning, mergers and acquisitions, and operational support. Rob also previously served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of a privately-held technology company, and has held executive positions in investment banking, commercial lending and commercial real estate. Rob has served on the Board of Trustees of ChristieCare and the Multnomah Athletic Club.
Mr. Gray holds a BS in Economics and Political Science from Willamette University and an MBA, Beta Gamma Sigma, from the University of Washington.
